- We welcome attendees to bring their own bottle if desired
- We advise attendees to bring cash on the night to support the artists with a donation
- Poetry books and chapbooks will be available to purchase on the night
- Seating is very limited so please expect to be standing unless you request a seat before the event
- Tickets are free but booking is essential
About the Poets
Morag Anderson
Morag Anderson’s second chapbook, And I Will Make of You a Vowel Sound (Fly on the Wall Press, 2024), won the Aryamati Poetry Prize. Her work has been published in Mslexia, Butcher’s Dog, Finished Creatures, and Gutter Magazine. She is currently a delegate on Arvon’s two-year Advanced Writing Programme.
Jon Plunkett
Jon Plunkett was born among the granite and drumlins of Northern Ireland. He now lives and writes in Scotland. He is a widely published poet and poetry slam winner as well as a keen collaborator, often working with musicians and artists to present poetry in new ways. Jon is also founder of The Corbenic Poetry Path. His new collection titled ‘Mothsoul’ is due for publication this spring.
Tim Turnbull
Tim Turnbull’s most recent publication is his third collection of poetry, Avanti! (2018), from Red Squirrel Press. A pamphlet, Our Lady Brings Tidings, is forthcoming from the same publisher this summer. He lives in Highland Perthshire where he writes, paints and rides about on a motorbike.
Taylor Strickland
Taylor Strickland’s latest book is Dwell Time (Tapsalteerie, November 2025), longlisted for the 2025 Highland Book Prize. His book Dastram/Delirium (Broken Sleep Books, 2023) was Scottish Poetry Book of the Year and a Poetry Book Society Translation Choice. His work has appeared in Poetry London, New Statesman, the Times Literary Supplement, and elsewhere.
