East Timor isn’t as widely known a coffee region as the big hitters like Brazil or Colombia, but its organic coffees are exceptional and unique.
Coming from smallholder farmers working by hand on rugged mountain slopes, these coffees have a distinctive depth, with gentle acidity, herbal and spicy notes, and a velvety texture, offering a unique taste of Southeast Asia. The "Hybrido de Timor" varietal, which is a natural hybrid of Arabica and Robusta, enhances this region's distinctive characteristics.
