Shipping policy

General shipping information

We roast all our coffee to order during weekday working hours, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, so your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible after it has been placed (we don’t process orders over the weekend). You will receive regular email updates to keep you informed on your order’s progress.

We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands on subscriptions and all orders over £25. Anything under this amount will cost £3.95.

All of our deliveries to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands are sent through Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you should expect to receive your order within 2–3 business days after posting. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived within this time, please contact us at hello@glenlyoncoffee.co.uk.

International PDDP shipping information

We offer Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) shipping through Royal Mail to the following countries:

  • Austria
  • Bulgaria
  • Cyprus
  • Denmark
  • Estonia
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Luxembourg
  • Malta
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Portugal
  • Slovakia
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland

All orders from the above countries should have taxes and duties automatically charged at checkout. We then pay those taxes and duties directly through the Royal Mail PDDP service. Your parcel should arrive without any additional taxes or duties due. Please note that individual countries have some exceptions. If you believe you have been overcharged for taxes or duties then please contact us at hello@glenlyoncoffee.co.uk.

International DDU shipping information

We offer Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) shipping through Royal Mail to the following countries:

  • Hungary
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Poland
  • Romania
  • Slovenia

All orders from the above countries will not have taxes and duties automatically charged at checkout. You, the customer, are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes. You will likely be contacted by the delivery provider in your country to pay any fees due before they will deliver your parcel.
