Shipping policy

General shipping information

We roast all our coffee to order during weekday working hours, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, so your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible after it has been placed (we don’t process orders over the weekend). You will receive regular email updates to keep you informed on your order’s progress.

We offer free UK shipping on subscriptions and all orders over £25. Anything under this amount will cost £3.95.

All of our deliveries are sent through Royal Mail Tracked 48h so you should expect to receive your order within 2-5 days. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived within this time, please contact us at info@glenlyoncoffee.co.uk.

  • European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We are currently unable to deliver to:

  • USA
  • Canada
