We all love Christmas here at Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters, and we've developed this blend to help you celebrate in style. There's nothing better than waking up early during the holidays and brewing a great cup of coffee to get the day going—and Figgy Pudding is here to help.

We change the components every year to keep things fresh and interesting, but we always aim to keep those Christmas cake vibes: sweet notes of stone fruit, maybe a bit boozy, but also creamy and smooth.

Figgy Pudding pairs perfectly with a fresh mince pie or, yes, a slice of figgy pudding.

Finca Santa Ana is located in the village of Pueblo Nuevo Viñas, Department of Santa Rosa, Guatemala, between the Tecuamburro and Pacaya volcanoes. The farm contains coffee varieties such as Bourbon and Catuaí, with native trees grown to shade the coffee plants. The combination of these elements, plus the quantity of rain, soil type and particularly the altitude of the plantation, makes Santa Ana coffee very special. Strict supervision during the harvesting season has become very important, as the coffee bean must be perfectly ripe. The de-pulping and drying in the sun during the wet milling are also highly managed to maintain the quality of each coffee bean.

Arabica Coffee has been grown in the Rwenzori region of Uganda for as long as anyone can remember, and the conditions of high rainfall, altitude from 1300 to over 2000 masl, and rich volcanic soils are perfect for the production of top quality speciality arabica coffee. Practically all coffee is grown by smallholder farmers. The typical size of plot is between 1 and 2 acres. The main varietals are SL28 and SL14, but with a range of other older varietals which contribute to the rich complexity of the coffee produced.
