Gratitude is a full-body experience and there are some beautiful ways of breathing that can bring this feeling of gratitude alive in the body. In full appreciation for life, we can also find new ways to embrace all aspects of ourselves, understanding the beautify vastness of who we are and returning to a higher perspective on ourselves and our life journey.
This session is open to beginners as well as those who have practiced before. Sarah Beth Hunt is a meditation, breathwork and movement teacher. She received Ph.D. in Indian Studies from the University of Cambridge and has trained in both the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhist meditation and traditional yoga through the British Wheel of Yoga. Sarah currently teaches through her online community Messy Luminous Being and runs in-person workshops in the Highlands.
