A limited run of a special edition grinder from KNOCK's back catalogue, the Aerspeed is a stainless-steel-burr build of their best selling Aergrind.
Using a wider, more open geometry these stainless steel burrs allow up to 20% faster throughflow of beans when grinding and are ideal for Aeropress and Pour Over brews with a lighter body than our classic Italmill burrs.
Whilst very capable of good Turkish and Espresso grinds, these burrs dial more quickly into the filter range which is their forte, and so leave a little less dial-in scope, especially at espresso.
