ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my coffee be roasted?
We roast all our coffee to order during weekday working hours, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, so your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible after it has been placed (we don’t process orders over the weekend). You will receive regular email updates to keep you informed on your order’s progress.
How much does it cost to post my order?
All orders over £25 qualify for free shipping and anything under this amount will cost £3.95. We post all orders out via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over £25 and on all of our subscriptions.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We post all orders out via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Monday-Friday so you should expect to receive your order within 2-5 days. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived within this time, please contact us at info@glenlyoncoffee.co.uk. Please note: we do not ship orders over the weekend.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail using the Tracked 48hr service.
Can I track my order?
If you wish to track your order, please contact us at info@glenlyoncoffee.co.uk where we will check the status of your parcel.
Can I collect from the roastery?
We currently do not offer collection from the roastery but we may be able to accommodate your request if you are in the area during the working week (Mon-Fri). Please give us a call or email us and we will do our best to facilitate this.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver to the UK & Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Germany & Slovenia. If you wish to order from a country other than those listed, please get in touch and we will check if this is possible. We are currently unable to deliver to the USA & Canada.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer payment via Debit Card, Credit Card & PayPal.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase gift cards here from our website.
Can gift cards be used in the roastery as well as online?
Yes! Just bring the code with you and we can enter it during checkout.
I’ve received the wrong grind size
If we’ve sent the wrong grind size, please get in touch with your order details at info@glenlyoncoffee.co.uk and we will get a replacement sent out to you.

I’ve made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
If you’ve made a mistake, please pop us an email where we will try to fix this for you. We will do our best to accommodate your request but may not always be able to do so.

Can I visit the roastery?
Our roastery cafe in Aberfeldy is open to the public! Find us serving coffees, pastries, beans and merch Monday - Friday 9AM - 4PM. At the moment we aren’t offering public roastery tours, but for private tour inquiries, please email info@glenlyoncoffee.co.uk
Where else can I drink Glen Lyon Coffee?
We partner with like-minded cafes, restaurants, bed and breakfasts and many more businesses located throughout Scotland and beyond.
Are you open on Bank Holidays?
Yes, our roastery cafe in Aberfeldy is open on bank holidays.
When are you closed?
We are closed on weekends (with a few exceptions) and we take an extended break between Christmas and New Year. Otherwise we are open Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm.

In February 2022 we were accredited with B Corp status with a score of 104.2 for our efforts to run a purpose led business.
