Named after the producer’s eldest daughter, Santa Sofia produces some of the best coffee in this region of Guatemala. Beans are hand picked when ripe, pulped and fermented for up to 48 hours before being laid out to dry on patios. Fans of sweet chocolatey Guatemalans won’t be able to help but fall in love with this coffee.
