A collaboration of four small farmers from Huehuetenango committed to quality, this coffee has all the classic sweet chocolatey profile that we’ve come to love in our Guats but is topped with delicate notes of stone fruit and caramel.

Farm: Alejandrina

Owner: Herman Tello Alvarado
Altitude: 1891 msnm
Varietal: Caturra, Pache Rojo, and Pache Verde
Farm History: Herman Tello Alvarado inherited this farm in 1997 from Maria Figueroa to start harvesting coffee. He also cultivates oranges, pears, and avocados on Finca Alejandrina.

Farm: San Martín

Owner: José Roel Ruiz
Altitude: 1,700 meters
Varietal: Caturra, Bourbon, Catuaí, Catimor
Process: Washed and Patio Dried
Farm history: Don Jose Ruiz inherited 15% of the farm from his father, who used the terrain for cattle. He increased the farm’s size across the area of San Martín over the 27 years in which he has been working with coffee and is dedicated to the highest quality, inspired by his love for producing coffee.

Farm history: Don Francisco Carrillo inherited this farm from his father, Don Cándido Bartolo Morales, who established it as a coffee farm in 1970. He has been running the farm in San Antonio Huista for 15 years, and represents the second generation of farmers in the family.

Farm History: This farm was founded in 1980 by Regio Armas, and it was originally a corn farm. It has been in the family for 3 generations and was established as a coffee farm by Octavio Lopez. Coffee is a passion for Octavio, and he shows it through his work.
