Hey Aberfeldy, so the latest @scotgov rulings mean that we can still do delicious take out coffee 🕺🕺🕺but it has to be served outside only 🥶

You’re a hardy bunch of souls up here so we know a little snow and subzero temperatures hopefully won’t put you off so grab your thermals and please keep coming along to our roastery on Fridays and Saturdays for your friendly neighbourhood caffeine fix.

We will have our espresso machine set up outside on our deck for take away coffees, pastries, @ballintaggart brownies, super creamy hot chocolates and a brief moment of socially distanced human interaction.

We appreciate how something as simple as a freshly roasted, nicely crafted flat white can help us all feel a little more human in these pandemic times and want to reassure you that we are here for our community. We are also incredibly grateful for your support. Quite frankly with wholesale all but shutdown it’s about the only thing helping us keep the lights on right now.

Ps. The latest ruling takes force as of Saturday so this Friday you are allowed to come inside for take away (face coverings and social distancing as per usual). We even promise to have the wood burner lit 🔥 oh joy!

We’ve been drinking our new Colombian Finca Las Mercedes. An old friend that we first had in our roastery many years ago and who have produced an extra sweet and juicy ‘Mitaca’ (fly crop) this year. Staying hot in our gorgeous @kleankanteenuk TKPro even in the snow. Thanks @eleanorroomelaurie for this glorious sparkling photo ✨)

We kindly ask that face coverings are worn, social distancing is respected and as much as we love your gorgeous faces everything has to be consumed off-site right now.

We have plenty of compostable cups but are more than happy if you bring along your own clean reusable with you (we’ll even give you a discount 😀)

We can’t wait to serve you some delicious espresso, flat whites, lattes and the creamiest of hot chocolates made with a decadent ganache from our neighbour down the road at the Highland Chocolatier.

We’ll also have lots of freshly roasted coffee beans for those that want to #shoplocal including some very special new coffees from Colombia 🇨🇴 and Peru 🇵🇪

It’s not often that we want to take the decaf ho

It’s not often that we want to take the decaf home with us from the cupping table but this sweet Colombian sugarcane from Huila is seriously the best we’ve ever tasted.
Coffees, like this, that are de-caffeinated at origin are generally always of better quality and the natural sugarcane fermentation process with which this coffee is de-caffeinated means that it retains all those delicious, complex melon-y, citrus flavours in the cup.
All this and it comes in fully compostable packaging too.
